The staff were very courteous. They made sure i had a food pack ready for my late arrival as well as for the day when i checked out.
My suggestion for improvement will be on the breakfast choice. It is limited and very basic. The cutlery is all disposable and does not give a good impression

The staff were friendly. It was close to the location where I conducted business. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a bath tub.
Overall, it was clean and in good repair, but there were areas - like the walls in the elevator - that had noticeable scuff marks and large chips knocked out of the wall panels. This gave an impression of lack of care for the property. It was difficult to tell if the carpets in the hall and room were dirty or just a dull color. There were repairs that had been made in the room that were adequate, but amateurish.

Shower pressure was pretty good.
The place sucked, it smells. There's better hotels that are cheaper and closer to Austin.

I liked its close location to the Austin Convention Center. I also think the rooms were very affordable.
The manager seemed a little uptight, but it might have been a bad day. The continental breakfast was okay, but the dining room was very small and very crowded. They ran out of certain food items, and did not replace them before customers started to complain.

Very reasonably priced with free WIFI and free breakfast. A good deal.
Breakfast could include some scrambled eggs and bacon.

Staff friendly and helpful
Decor is dated and in need of freshening. Pool and fitness facilities very small. Breakfast needs improving but is free so was not expecting anything too great. Mainissue is the location. 35 dollars plus tip from airport. 25 dollars plus tip to downtown which is the main attraction in my opinion. Nothing to do within walking distance from the hotel. Had we stayed downtown the 200 dollars saved on taxis would have put us in 5 star accomodation with change to spare. This is not a hotel to stay in if you are not on business or driving.
